Week One: Rachel

Rachel lives with her husband in the Cotswolds, in a little stone cottage that's a hundred years older than she is. She's addicted to travel and learning new skills, has published two novels, and enjoys inventing new recipes. During the week of 2nd April, she'll be aiming to finish the baking for her first cookery book, as well as getting out into the beautiful local countryside (if there's any nice weather!).
